Characters
- Akamaru Faithful dog companion to Kiba Inuzuka. His proof of Kiba's kinship with the Inuzuka clan.
- Asuma Sarutobi A Jounin from The Hidden Leaf Village. A very calm and strong ninja, who always enjoys a good smoke. He goes out with Kurenai, a strong Genjutsu user. Revealed to be the son of Hiruzen Sarutobi, the third Hokage and is uncle to Konohamaru Sarutobi. Jonin squad leader of Team 10, the current Ino-Shika-Chou Trio until he meets his end by the Akatsuki Member, Hidan. He was later resurrected with the impure world resurrection technique to participate in the Fourth Shinobi World War.
- Gaara Also known as Gaara of The Desert due to his unique ability to manipulate sand. He was once an enemy of Naruto Uzumaki but throughout the series he befriends Naruto and eventually becoming the fifth Kazekage. He was once the jinchuriki host of the One-Tail Shukaku, his tailed beast was extracted from him by the Akatsuki but was later given a second life by granny chiyo at the cost of her own life.
- Gamakichi Gamakichi is a toad from Mount Myoboku and one of the sons of Gamabunta
- Gamatatsu Gamakichi's younger brother.
- Jiraiya Jiraiya is one of the "Three Legendary Sannin" that is known through out the ninja world. Jiraiya is the teacher of many characters in the Naruto universe including Naruto and the 4th Hokage. He is a renowned pervert and author of many adult books.
- Kakashi Hatake Kakashi Hatake is one of the higher level Ninjas in the hiddenleaf village. He is the teacher (sensei) of Uzumaki Naruto, Haruno Sakura and Uchiha Sasuke. His teacher was the fourth hokage, Minato Namikaze and his teammates were Obito Uchiha and Rin Nohara. His rival is Might Guy. His father is the white fang of the leaf. His one and only original technique is Raikiri (lightning blade).
- Kiba Inuzuka A member of the Inuzuka clan. He combines ninja and feral atributes to compliment his overall ninja abilities, making him one of the best scouts in all of The Leaf. He is a member of team 8 and is a chunin rank leaf ninja.
- Kurenai Yuhi A jounin from The Hidden Leaf Village. A specialist in Illusion techniques. The leader of Team 8. She had fallen in love with fellow leaf jonin Asuma Sarutobi and had a daughter with him (posthumously) called Mirai Sarutobi. She has given up the life of a shinobi after giving birth to her child.
- Naruto Uzumaki Naruto Uzumaki is the main protagonist in the popular manga and anime series Naruto. He is a cheerful, hyperactive, strong-willed, and occasionally simple-minded young shinobi from the village of Konoha (or Leaf Village).
- Neji Hyuga Neji is a branch member of the famed Hyuga clan and also a child prodigy. He was widely regarded as the strongest young genin of his age group.
- Orochimaru Orochimaru is one of the legendary Sannin ninja and one of the main villains in the Naruto series.He is voiced by very talented voice actor Steve Blum. He is a student of the third hokage, Sarutobi. He tried to take the bodies of Sasuke and Itachi Uchiha, but failed. Orochimaru was once a member of the Akatsuki.
- Sakura Haruno Sakura Haruno is a kunoichi from Hidden Leaf Village. She is member of Team 7 along with Naruto Uzumaki, Sasuke Uchiha and their team leader Kakashi Hatake. A ninja with uncanny chakra control and healing abilities. Sakura has quite a temper, and once angry her true power unleashes. Sakura is also one of Lady Tsunade's students.
- Sasuke Uchiha Naruto's rival, but also closest friend. He's an integral character in the Naruto world. He is Itachi Uchiha's younger brother. He is also a former member of Team 7. After defeating Itachi, he loses Orochimaru's curse mark and is told the truth of the Uchiha's destruction and of Itachi's secret life by Tobi.
- Shikamaru Nara A ninja of The Hidden Leaf Village. Possessing a genious level intellect, he became the only student from The Leaf to become a Chunin during the period of rank leveling exams. To the discomptempt of many who admire his potential, his probably the laziest and with more lack of enthusiasm ninja in his whole village.
- Shino Aburame A member of the Aburame clan, an expert in ninja techniques that involve insects in them. A very mysterious and stoic person since childhood. He is a member of Team 8, alongside his teammates Kiba Inuzuka and Hinata Hyuuga.
- Tonton Tsunade's pet pig who is often seen in the care of her assistant, Shizune.
- Tsunade Tsunade is a kunoichi from the Hidden Leaf Village and posses Monstrous physical strength, extremely advanced healing and regenerative techniques, physician/surgeon level of knowledge of the human body and great Chakra control. At once formed part of "The Legendary Sannin" along with Jiraiya and Orochimaru, and under the tutelage of the Third Hokage. Currently, she has become the Fifth Hokage of The Hidden Leaf Village. Her grandparents are revealed to be Hashirama Senju and Mito Uzumaki.
