📦 When will my order arrive?
All orders are shipped from our location in Poland. Typical delivery times are:

At this time, we ship exclusively within Poland to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Please enter your address at checkout to confirm availability.


🔍 How can I track my order?
After dispatch, we’ll send you a tracking link via email so you can check your shipment’s status in real time.

❗ What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing trehrechie@op.pl with your order details and clear photos of the problem. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate.
